RECRUITMENT AND PROMOTIONAL POLICIES

SERVICE RULES, PROCEDURES, RECRUITMENT AND PROMOTIONAL POLICIES:

Service rules as per Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016, AICTE Act1987.Rules of following regulatory bodies are adopted for recruitment & promotion of employee.

  1. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
  2. Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.
  3. Director of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai.
  4. Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune.
  5. All other applicable state/central government rules/regulations-University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
  6. Rules and By-laws of MVP Samaj, Nashik.

RECRUITMENT POLICIES:  RECRUITMENTS FOR TEACHING STAFF:

  • Vacancies created due to retirement/voluntary retirement of staff are informed to MVP Samaj. MVP Samaj maintains roster which is approved by Reservation Cell, Savitribai Phule Pune University, Reservation Cell of Social Welfare Department and all concerned departments.
  • After approval from reservation cell vacancies are reported to Director of Technical Education Mumbai via regional office.
  • After approval of recruitment proposal from DTE advertisements are published in local and national newspapers and applications are invited within 15 days.
  • Applications are scrutinized by MVP Samaj and interview calls are sending to eligible candidates.
  • Selection is done by Staff Selection Committee duly constituted by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)  in accordance with Maharashtra Public University Act 2016
  1. Vice-Chancellor nominee, Savitribai Phule Pune University
  2. Reservation Cell nominee, Savitribai Phule Pune University
  3. Director, DTE  Regional Office
  4. Subjects Expert appointed by Savitribai Phule Pune University
  5. Office bearer of MVP Samaj
  6. Principal of College
  • After interview final report is prepared for selected candidate and sent to Savitribai Phule Pune University for approval. After approval appointments are given.

RECRUITMENTS FOR NON-TEACHING STAFF:

  • Vacancies created by retirement/voluntary retirement are informed to MVP Samaj central office which maintains roster.
  • MVP Samaj central office prepare proposal for recruitments to Director of Technical Education.
  • After approval of recruitment proposal from DTE advertisements are published in local and national newspapers and applications are invited within 15 days. Then applications are scrutinized by MVP Samaj Central office and interview call letter are sent to eligible candidate. After interview final report is prepared for selected candidates and sent to Director, DTE Regional Office. After approval appointments are given.
