SERVICE RULES, PROCEDURES, RECRUITMENT, AND PROMOTIONAL POLICIES
Service rules as per the Maharashtra Public University Act, 2016, and AICTE Act 1987 rules of the following regulatory bodies are adopted for recruitment and promotion of employees.

- All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
- Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), New Delhi.
- Director of Technical Education (DTE), Mumbai.
- Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), Pune.
- Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education (MSBTE), Mumbai
- All other applicable state/central government rules/regulations—University Grants Commission (UGC), New Delhi.
- Rules and By-laws of MVP Samaj, Nashik.
RECRUITMENT POLICIES
RECRUITMENTS FOR TEACHING STAFF
- Vacancies created due to retirement or voluntary retirement of staff are informed to MVP Samaj. MVP Samaj maintains a roster that is approved by the Reservation Cell, Savitribai Phule Pune University, the Reservation Cell of the Social Welfare Department, and all concerned departments.
- After approval from the reservation cell, vacancies are reported to the Director of Technical Education, Mumbai via the regional office.
- After approval of the recruitment proposal from DTE, advertisements are published in local and national newspapers, and applications are invited within 15 days.
- Applications are scrutinized by MVP Samaj, and interview calls are sent to eligible candidates.
- Selection is done by the Staff Selection Committee duly constituted by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) in accordance with the Maharashtra Public University Act 2016.

- Reservation Cell nominee, Savitribai Phule Pune University
- Director, DTE Regional Office
- Subjects Expert appointed by Savitribai Phule Pune University
- Office bearer of MVP Samaj, Nashik

- After the interview, a final report is prepared for the selected candidate and sent to Savitribai Phule Pune University for approval.
- After approval, appointments are given.
RECRUITMENTS FOR NON-TEACHING STAFF
- Vacancies created by retirement/voluntary retirement are informed to the MVP Samaj central office, which maintains the roster.
- MVP Samaj central office prepares proposals for recruitments to the Director of Technical Education.
- After approval of the recruitment proposal from DTE, advertisements are published in local and national newspapers, and applications are invited within 15 days.
- Then applications are scrutinized by the MVP Samaj Central office, and interview call letters are sent to eligible candidates.
- After the interview, a final report is prepared for selected candidates and sent to the Director, DTE Regional Office. After approval, appointments are given.
